Jim’s Organic Single Origins:
To all of us at Jim's, single origin coffees are the heart of the coffee and organic coffee experience. Ours are selected based on Jim's 20+ years in the coffee business (14 as all organic) developing relationships with farmers and tasting and seeing what makes each single origin unique.

Our method of choice for decaffeination is the Swiss Water Process®. It offers a true interpretation of the underlying coffee, roasts clean and evenly, and does not compromise the organic integrity of the bean. Just as with any coffee, the selection of the particular green bean is what sets Jim’s apart.
